This is an interesting post.......! There are aspects of the sonata that
are really poorly thought out.....tons of repetition, unimaginative
chordal progressions, and, as was pointed out in an earlier post, some
formal problems. There are many redeeming qualitites however, and the
second movement is particularly beautiful.

I would very much enjoy seeing who was on the panel...... and, since the
article was published, would love to see who wrote it!
