At this time, Noblet's are Leblancs intermediate line, but your clarinet may
pre-date that and actually have been made by a company named Noblet. Try
checking the Leblanc home page (www.gleblanc.com, I believe) to see when
Noblet became part of Leblanc.

Prior to this and based on information I have seen on the bulletin board, I
think the classification of Noblet clarinets was different but I don't really
know.

If you really like the way it plays and sounds, what difference does
classification make? Occasionally there are individual "pro" instruments that
are stinkers while you may find an intermediate that is a real gem.
