I find that using the A key with the 3rd trill key gives Bb too much
of a "jet tone". Try using lh 3, rh 3 andthe low F key.

As far as bass clarinet is concerned, I cannot believe that anyone
would say that clarion G thru C are weak notes. I have no trouble
whatsoever playing these notes on any of the low clarinets. However,
I do find it difficult to play E thru F# in that range. Any help
would be appreciated.
