"Daphnes" is Daphnis and Chloe, by Maurice Ravel; the part everyone's
talking about (many many 32nd notes in uncomfortable patterns) is Suite no.
2; the excerpt is in vol. 8 of the International Music set of Orchestral
Excerpts, but I gather from previous discussions that that set is not
available at the moment (I stand to be corrected on this...??). If you're
ever going to audition for professional orchestras you should have the
whole part - don't know if there's a Kalmus edition available, I'm sure
someone else around here will know.

Meanwhile you'll want to listen to the piece of course; I recommend the
Montreal Symphony recording (Charles Dutoit, conductor), and not just
because I'm Canadian... :-)
