The trill key fingering is definitely *sharp* on my B flat - I've never
felt the need even to try it on the A. The bottom fingering below works
well on my A, but on the B flat more (i.e., in particular, the C#/G# key)
fingerwork is
needed. There are likely to be differences between As and B flats with
regard to adjusting any notes by means of fingerings.

P.S. My B flat is a pretty antique instrument, so the bore profile is
certainly fairly unlike a modern Buffet *or* Leblanc instrument. Other
list members may be in a similar position, however, so I don't think
anything can be said on this topic which applies to all clarinets.
