I use, if possible (for ex. 2 bar of the 2nd Brahms Sonate 1st mvt) this
fingering:

Bb + o
*
*
C#/G#
o
*
*

and I work with my embouchure for a good tune.

If you listen to the example on my web site, you can't hear that the Bb is
a bad note :-)
