At one time I considered taking a double major in mathematics and music. I
compromised, taking a degree in Geography instead. (an academic field in
which left-handedness is statistically over-represented). Now I work in
visual arts, and again this field is full of lefties. The same for music.
One of my artist friends teaches a course with the textbook "Drawing on the
right side of the brain" - trying to make art students more intuitive and
less analytical (something we lefties find easy, right!). Is there a
comparable book for musicians?

Janet.
