I think there is no one "right" set-up, and a lot of it must be left to
the individual player, and a lot depends on the individual player.
Certainly, there are some set-ups which are generally better, but each
should be customized to the needs of the player.

To be honest, I don't have the much expertise in the exact set-up you
are describing, but I did want to offer that clarification as food for
thought to the list. Are my thoughts sensible?
