I am a "newcomer" to the list, so I am not sure if there is a reason that
your received such a request. I can't imagine what that might be.

I think that it should be up to each of us to decide what is appropriate to
send. There are no "regulations". The definition of "useful clarinet
information" is a good one - I find everything I have seen so far on the
list and in the Klarinet archives to be useful, interesting and informative.
It is not up to someone to tell us what to send - it is for each of us to
decide, and then for the recipient to decide what to read.

What has been going on that prompted such a message? Am I missing some
particularly "useless" information. I'd be interested in finding a
definition for "Useless clarinet information".

So - keep writing, everybody - I'm fascinated by the range, emotion, and
detail of information contained in correspondence.

Janet.
