I second the Hite books. See my reviews of them (links are in my
signature). Also a very good book is the Galper Clarinet Method Book 2.
Luyben carries the Galper books (800) 258-9236. I reviewed them and they
are searchable in the sneezy Klarinet posting archives.
That and the Hite will give your students quality material for quite a while.

What about the Hite "Progressive and Melodius Studies"?? They've always been
highly recommended. They're published by Southern, have a look.
