I think you are correct, that price is too high. One large US company
sells that mouthpiece for about US$53. I don't know what is involved for
a US company in selling to other countries, but it might be worth an
international telephone call to find out.

You could try "The Woodwind," a company in South Bend, Indiana, USA. The
latest price I see in their catalog is $52.95. Naturally, you also would
have to pay shipping fees.

I think their toll-free number probably won't work from outside the US, so
you should call their local number: 219-272-8266 (in addition to the
international dialing code and the national prefix from your country.
