Actually it was .004 *out-of-round*, which is pretty
bad for out-of-roundness figures on any heat exchanger tubes
I've worked on - and I've worked on many*. That much out of roundness
would only be on the swaged ends. On wood, where the
material is non-uniform, I'd say it's fine. On the day it was
bored it probably was *much* better.
