My vote goes for the Nielsen Concerto op.57. What a wonderful combination of
all that's wonderful about the clarinet. It also paved the way for many new
pieces and new ways of thought about the instrument. If I HAD to choose one,
this woule be it, though I don't think it's to choose just one. My 2 cents
worth.
