Double tounging refers to a technique where, instead of saying the
normal Tu, Ta, or whatever variation you prefer when tounging, you say
the syllables Tu-Ku by alternating where you place your toungue. Say
Tu-Ku-Tu-Ku, and you will get a feel for it.

It's not something I'm very skilled at, so I would refer to the article
