The fingering charts that come with the Rubank Advanced method books
are very complete going to the C above altissimo G. However be sure
that it is the advanced books. Charts in the beginner and intermediate
only go to the G. Another fingering chart that covers the high range
well is the one that comes with the Klose complete method.
