I have owned both Leblanc and Buffet Eb Clarinets......I have found the
Buffets to be far superior, specifically, the Buffet RC
Prestige....however the RC is just fine.

The Leblancs are less in tune, and the have a smaller, brigher tone - that
was with a Richard Hawkins mouthpiece and cut back Bb reeds.
