I'll add the Joesf Rheinberger Sonata op. 105a to this list.

Also what about the Francaix Theme and Variations? (not the most interesting
but a bit more than most) and the Verdi/Bassi "Variations on Themes from
Rigoletto". A lot of the more difficult Bozza pieces can get pretty hairy as I
recall as well.
