I don't have the music in question (as I don't have many of the
other 5000 works listed in my Composition database). The informaiton
was gleaned via other sources (that one was probably from either
the U of California library center or NY Public Reseacrh Library.

Many of the citations are in the original language; however,
capitalization could very well be lost during transcription.
