...given the uncontrollable variables, it is a terribly dangerous thing to
recommend altissimo fingerings...especially for older instruments with
which one has had zero experience...but sometimes it's worth going out on a
limb...

...for the high F try [LH 1 and 3] [RH 1 and 3] with the octave key, of course.

...that is [ x o x | x o x ] w/octave key.

If this works for you [it does for me on an Selmer SA80 II alto] it should
be an easy jump from G2 to F3.
