Regarding Eb clarinet repertoire,

One of my favorite pieces is the "Hoedown" movement from Alfred Reed's
Five Dances for Five Clarinets (in which each movement is written for a
different size clarinet!) It is a cute, short fast piece. Unfortunately,
I believe this set of pieces is out of print - you might be able to find a
movement here or there at music shops (I found them all separately).

I first heard these played with band accompaniment by the amazing William
Gower in 1972 or so.
