I use the Claricord by DEG. It is elastic-like, with velcro to adjust
the length. Then there is a small leather piece at the bottom with 2
vertical slits--once attached it does not fall off. It is very
comfortable. It takes the weight of the right thumb, but allows some
movement. I never feel restricted.
