I believe Bob's right; the Poulenc sonata was not written with Goodman in
mind. Composers that collaborated with Goodman that I know of were Copland,
Bart=F3k, Hindemith and Gould (also a recording of Goodman playing the
Nielsen concerto with Gould conducting). I wasn't aware of the Bernstein
"Prelude, Fugue and Riffs...I guess I learned something new today!" Thanks
