I will respond with my general philsophy on the matter...

If you are capable that is wonderful. Many of us our capable of many
things. However, those who actually achieve those things must be
credible. They must be someone that we can believe in!! If not, all
the ability in the world isn't going to help them, because they will
have no one to turn to for support.

To be honest, I haven't been following this thread, and I haven't gone
back to the archieves to research and find where this particullar quote
came from, so I am a probably taking it totally out of context. But
when I saw the text of Ms. Pontow's message, I couldn't help responding.
