No offense meant here, but an opinion is more than just a belief.....it is
a belief stronger than impression and less strong than positive knowledge.
It is often a generally held view - that would have to be based on more
than just personal experience. Many believe that opinion is a formal
expression by an expert of his judgement or advice.....that would be
someone who has something to base an opinion on.....other than just
personal experience. Perhaps he is learned about a particular issue
or area. Which doctor would you go to for a bypass? The one
who only performed one bypass and it was a success or the one who had
performed 100 bypasses and lost three? Which lawyer? The one who has
courtroom experience or the one who has read a number of books and has no
courtroom experience except by sitting in an audience? My advice below
though needs addending: Let's not base our opinions only on what we
experience ourselves lest we appear foolish and prideful.
