Hmmm.... a plastic Bundy, mines name is "Helga" it just seemed fitting.
Try thinking of a name of a relative that the clarinet "resembles" and
name it that. Or you could think of a characteristic of the instrument
and then a person or common name associated with that name ( example
would be if the instrument was "bright", "Nasal", and/or "Squawky" I
would name it Fran ( after the Nanny( Fran Drescher) on T.V.)). Well
thats my philosophy on naming the instrument.
Do you think it is wrong to change the name of an instrument... I
didn't christen it yet, and I want to change the name of my Buffet R-13
from Buffy to Mary, in honor of my Grandmother ( now in a nursing home
with alzheimers) who bought it for me.
