I visited the Zonda factory this past summer, and had a wonderful
traditional Argentinian Bar-B -Que at the the cane plantation. I was given
a large number of samples to bring back for my students to try.
I AM REALLY SOLD ON THIS BRAND OF REED!

I have been making my own reeds for 11 years, and will probably continue to
do this. However, for my students, this reed has proven to be the most
consistant of any I have seen! In the factory.... really just a small
shop, anyone along the line can throw away a reed or a piece of cane that
they feel does not match their standanrds.... and they do! I came away
with a new respect for this company. They really have my highest
recommendation! I do not want to make this post too long, but I will say
that I find the RTF (ready to finish) reeds a great concept! My more
advanced students are getting great results from these.
