I won't throw rocks. I'll agree that it is a recognized standard but will
suggest that at least the latter two horns seem to exceed the standard from
comments that I have read from other people.

There have been enough comments on this list and the bulletin board etc. that
show a significant number of bad ones slipping through. I would say their
reputation exceeds reality.

Agree with everything here but will comment that just because most use it
doesn't mean it's the best. Price, availability, and marketing strategy are
far more significant parameters.

I would never knock any brand or model nor would I promote any as being the
best either. A prospective buyer should shop around. Personally I favor
Leblanc, but I have heard a lot of good comments on Yamaha too.
