Have you tried Leblanc? I personally think that they have put themselves
above the other clarinet manufacterers. I play a Leblanc Opus and I just
love the sound and it feels good to play on.
My brother plays the Concerto, also good. A friend of mine plays the
Ambiance, which is also very good. This starts getting bored here,
actually I think all Leblancs are very good instruments (except for their
latest "Rosewood" versions).
You may not recognize one or more of these names. Simple explanation:
exactly the same instruments, but other names in the US than in Europe.
