Mouthpieces are a really individual preference, but you could try
the Hite mouthpiece (Premiere). I'm not sure whether it would
completely fit the bill, but it's as good as a B45 but without the
price tag. (I hasten to add that this is my opinion, so please don't
anyone tell me I'm making absolute statements about a subjective
issue - I know it only too well).
