I guess you haven't been on the list long, because I quote from Benade's
book (spelled with an "e" not an "o" like the famous clarinetist) in almost
every one of physics/acoustics related messages. I have read that book and
all of Benade's other musical acoustics related papers, texts, lecture
notes and class materials many times.

I keep them on the book shelf right next to my desk.
