I have seen an English translation of this one, published in Amsterdam by
Frits Knuf (the publisher of the Dutch version also, I think) in 1969.
I'm sure the English one is out of print also, but it can be found in
quite a few libraries. Another problem with it is that it is _highly_
technical. It was very much over my head. I think it is best tackled by
engineers or physicists rather than most musicians.
