Now careful....don't let Jonathan Cohler hear you say that about wood vs.
plastic! ;)

It is the undercutting of the tone holes that makes the biggest difference
in the jump from a student line to a wood horn (intermediate wood horn
that is). Yamaha makes a pretty good beginner and intermediate line!
