To my customers--
Due to a series of catastrophic computer crashes, my scheduling calendar and
back-up are apparently gone forever. This covers all appointments from the
present until the end of December for both instruments to be shipped in, and
those to be brought in person. I feel like I am blindfolded and running
through the woods at top speed. There will be problems, and I apologize
profusely. Please, if you have an appointment with me,call or E-mail as soon
as possible to re-verify and get the schedule on track. This will allow me
to service my customers with as little trauma as possible. If you have
friends and colleagues who have appointments but have not heard this ghastly
news, please spread the word.

To add to the nightmare, I am moving! As of October 1, 1997, I will be
moving my household and shop to a new location. There will be some
transition time for the move itself, getting the shop set up in the new
location and unforseen glitches, so I need to be in contact with my scheduled
customers to keep the number of unhappy campers to a minimum. The phone
number will remain the same, 614-846-4888. The new address will be:
