Michael, there has been a more recent edition of the Berio Sequenza
which indicates fingerings which do not require the low Eb(although,the
same dyads are notated). Also, last year, an Italian member of the list
gave fingerings which had been approved by Berio. Try searching the
archives for this posting. His name was Paolo Revaglia or Ravaglia, I
think.
