Subj: low e flat question

Berio's Sequenze IXa has written in it I believe 2 multiphonics
which require the use of the low e flat key. Does anyone know
to achieve these multiphonics without one? OR are there alternate
multiphonics that should be played being that MOST of us do not
have this particular key on our instrument? Thanks in advance.
