I know that full Boehm clarinets are produced by Buffet (in the RC
Prestige (also RC?) series), by Leblanc (Modell 1199S) and by Selmer
(in the 10 S series). They all have 20 keys and 7 rings and are much
more expansive than there 17/6 analogues.

I have the information from the catalogues/internet pages of these
brands. Hope this helps.
