Funny you should mention Neidich's improvised cadenzas. I love them
also. Especially for K. 622. But a year or so ago, I remember some
people on the list who didn't like them. They seemed vehement about
it, I recall.

My favorite recording of the Weber concertos is the one by
Charles Neidich and the Orpheus Chamber orcehstra (Deutsche
Grammophon, 1992) - His improvised cadenzas are wonderful.
