Must be that Philadelphia mail. I got mine today also. Nice catalog. Classy
cover picture (Weber ((not Andrew Lloyd)) Clarinet concerto polaca).
I can't stand the negative publicity that Lisa A. at IMS has gotten by one
big (dumb) misunderstanding. She runs a classy outfit, that I'm sure prides
itself in customer service, and integrity. With any customer service
dealing, there will always be a few dissatisfied customers, who would only
be happy with the company closing it's doors.
And here's a thought: If you return something on a credit card, and the
purchase (deposit) costs you interest - can't the credit card company
credit you back the interest charge? I think so, but it's been 12 years
since I worked for a bank.

Subject: Jeanne, Inc.

I just received in today's mail a catalogue from <italic>Jeanne,
Inc.</italic>(there's an accent mark over the final 'e' that I can't type
in Eudora), a clarinet supply place in Minneapolis. I've never heard of
them nor have I seen their literature before. It's quite an attractive
catalogue. Has anyone on the list dealt with them or know anything about
them?
