Be more careful buying and selling items on the internet. It is rife
with theifs. Best thing you can do it COD only with a company that takes
checks, so if someone sends you a brick in a box you can cancel the
check. On the other end only send with companies that will only take
cash. So the receiver can't cancel the check or write a bad one (sucks
that there is no simple, good two way solution).

What the person did was mail-fraud. Unfortunatly, unless he is screwing
people constantly for large amounts of money, nothing will probably be
done.

Hopefully this was just a misunderstanding. But I recently got screwed
out of $200 by someone, who no longer seems to be at the phone number I
first contacted him at.
