This is pretty funny, but disturbing at the same time, because I DO
remember how good Vandorens were that year! I think end-of-'90/first
half of '91 was also quite a wonderful period for me -- but then, I
was getting to the point where I could adapt to a popsicle stick if
I had to, so it became hard to discern whether it was the reeds that
were improving, or me. :)
