I did take it personally, but I'm a -not-Englisch-speaking-person- (Yes... there are some...) therefore it is
extremly difficult for me to catch the right intonation (... am I out off tune now?)

upset, it was *not* a correction, but merely a message on how the (rather unusual) word was spelt. If I was
inclined to correct spelling, as someone pointed out I could have corrected "tounge". I assume, though,
that everyone knows that word, and if you choose to spell it wrongly, that's up to you. I have to admit I'm
stunned by how a simple message about the spelling of a word can turn into such a long-winded
discussion. I put a joke and a smile into a two-sentence message - isn't that enough to tell you it wasn't a
rebuke?? :-)
