I don't know about the barrel, but the Selmer S80 series sax mouthpieces
have square chambers. The clear plastic reeds are made by Bari. I can't
recommend them for tone, but they respond reasonably well, don't need to be
wet (helpful for doubling and/or marching), and last a long time.
Apparently they can also make quite a racket in the right setup.
