No, Fred, the best way most of the time is to contact:

postmaster@-----.com with the
address part of the e-mail).

Filling mailboxes with junk clogs the entire Internet with useless
bytes, something you're already complaining about.

Real spammers hide their addresses, making it difficult (if not
impossible) to track down. They also hijack other systems'
mailers (something that's real easy to do). savetrees.com is
notorious for this.

I manage the mail on sneezy and one or two other systems; if you
flooded *my* mail system without telling me that I had an abuser
on my system I'd be very upset.
