Why not just revise the rule, and give everyone more time, make the
festival 3 days instead of 2! that would solve everyone's problem about
having to slaughter the pieces with cuts, recently I performed the Mozart
concerto, which I am sure everyone probably did, and I had to cut one of
my favorite parts, because it went musically! I would greatly have
appreciated more time!
