Actually, the prevailing wisdom in the circles I travel is that the protein
in the diary products interferes with calcium uptake, and that green leafy
vegetables are a better and healthier source. Is a matter of fact the
increase in protein consumption, and decrease in vegetable consumption is a
puted cause of the increase in osteoporosis.
