AAARRRGGGGGGGGGHHHHHHH!!!! Don't abstain from all these wonderful
calcium sources unless you plan on taking a supplement! Osteoporosis
continues to increase in the general population and one certainly cannot
play a clarinet while permanently doubled over, although it makes for a
rather amusing visual. How about just drinking some water then brushing
teeth after drinking milk or eating dairy products? Save those bones.
