There has been some speculation about this being an Evette instrument, but
my Buffet student line B-12 is clearly marked with the Buffet logo. Buffet
(Boosey and Hawkes) does manufacture those plastic instruments in
Germany. If you haven't tried one, they play very well. I do, however,
use the same mouthpiece and barrel that I use on my R-13.
