To whom it may concern:

Call me strange, but I think that it is most absolutely ridiculous to
march any bass clarinet, no matter how good they are. If they are that
good; put them in the percussion section. . . .or just forget it. They
are not meant for marching. I know this sounds traitorous; but really
there isn't any point in having any woodwinds march period. They just
don't project like brass instruments. . .no offense!!
