Another vote for Orly. I use their triple case.

As pgollom@-----.com says, it is the size of a small suitcase, but
it has room for the three clarinets, three mouthpieces, four A/B-flat
barrels, one E-flat barrel, small odds and ends, and the bells are
stored separate from the lower joints. There is also a large outside
pocket for music, tools, etc; and it can be carried backpack style.

I also have the Buffet double pouchette that Neil mentions, and the
triple Orly is lighter than it.
