My teacher double-toungues, and he tells me it's a basic tu-ku-tu-ku
pattern. Also, you can triple tounge tu-ku-ku, which is useful in fast
16th note triplet passages.

Just start out very slowly, and work faster only when you master the
technique at slow tempos.

I would really go for, because it can be very useful in orchestral and
solo literature.
